Mission Statement
The mission of the Weehawken Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in our community by working cooperatively with the public and by upholding the Constitution of the United States. We will constantly strive to provide a safe and secure environment through a sensitive, caring and creative delivery of services, which include, but are not limited to, our current programs in Crime Prevention, D.A.R.E. and Community Policing.
